Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Hawaii due to the nature of the job requirements.Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough general ledger account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and non-compliance issues in accounts• Maintain accurate records by processing transactions on ERP systems• Analyze and describe fluctuations in balance sheets and operating expenses• Review journal entries and account reconciliations for accuracy • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and report any variances• Perform internal audits and financial risk assessments, and facilitate intervention strategies when necessary• Develop and document internal control policies and procedures • Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements • Ensure that record-keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies • Perform other analysis and accounting duties as may be required.
