Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key financial adviser within the management team, liaising closely with senior leadership to support organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure profitability across business activities while delivering actionable financial guidance.
- Offer strategic insights by analyzing data to guide important decision-making processes and growth initiatives.
- Assist with customer engagements, handling financial evaluations tied to prequalification, risk management, and contract reviews while ensuring alignment with business protocols.
- Build and refine financial models to evaluate performance, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting workflows, ensuring consistency with broader business strategies.
- Facilitate month-end and annual reporting, delivering accurate results that meet compliance and accounting standards.
- Drive cost optimization efforts and operational efficiencies throughout the organization.
- Monitor financial key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess trends and initiate revenue-maximizing actions.
- Provide granular analysis to support strategic investments and capital allocation decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis or controlling functions within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Advanced analytical abilities paired with the skill to translate complex financial data into business-oriented recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and communicate actionable insights effectively.
- Proficient expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Commercially aware with a forward-thinking approach to business strategy.
- Skilled in ERP systems and possess advanced knowledge of Excel.
- A positive and adaptable mindset suited for high-energy, deadline-driven environments.
- 4 years of Financial Analyst experience
- Industry-specific experience—preferably within construction or other project-driven sectors.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or transformative business projects.
