Responsibilities
- Oversee benefits administration across multiple entities, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
- Execute audits and reconcile invoices related to benefits and compensation.
- Utilize HR tools such as ADP Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Taleo Recruiting Software for efficient management of HR processes.
- Leverage skills in Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) and Ceridian Dayforce for effective HR management.
- Employ strong communication skills to handle employee relations and inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
- Ensure adherence to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) while handling employee benefits.
- Coordinate various benefits including dental, disability, retirement, vision, and insurance.
- Utilize VLOOKUP and Pivot Table skills for accurate and efficient data management.
- Ensure proper administration of employee benefit plans and compensation & benefits.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations related to benefits and HR.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce
- Ability to manage Benefit Functions
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Compliance regulations and practices
- Expertise in Employee Relations
- Understanding and application of FMLA
- Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Benefits Coordination
- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, including Dental Benefits, Disability Benefits, Employee Benefit Plan, Retirement Benefits, and Vision Benefits
- Experience with Insurance Benefits management
- Familiarity with Taleo and Taleo Recruiting Software
- Proficiency in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table usage
