ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with site leadership to support recruiting efforts and help drive a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for new hires.Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and work proactively to maintain strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.Champion employee engagement initiatives by participating in committees and organizing events that promote morale and community connection.Assist in developing and rolling out internal trainings, including sessions focused on HR compliance and ISO standards.Support benefit programs, wellness initiatives, and HRIS updates, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of employee data.Manage leave-of-absence processes, including medical and personal leaves, ensuring compliance and employee support.Stay current on HR best practices and employment regulations by participating in ongoing education and networking.Play a key role in safety programs, including handling Workers’ Compensation case management and supporting the site’s safety initiatives.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and assist with audits or regulatory inquiries as needed.Handle sensitive HR documentation and represent the organization in matters related to unemployment claims, OSHA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, and more.
