The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation, with strong knowledge of filing, preparing pleadings and motions, and answering discovery, including interrogatories. This role will support the senior plaintiff litigation attorney in managing active litigation cases and moving them efficiently through the litigation process.Key Responsibilities:Filing: Managing the filing of legal documents in courts and ensuring compliance with filing deadlines.Preparing Pleadings and Motions: Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing pleadings and motions for submission in court.Answering Discovery (Interrogatories): Responding to and assisting with the preparation of discovery responses, including answering interrogatories.Ensure legal documents are filed in courts in a timely and compliant mannerAid in the preparation and response to discovery requests, specifically interrogatoriesDraft, scrutinize, and finalize pleadings and motions to be submitted in courtParticipate in the preparation for trialsContribute to the management of plaintiff personal injury litigationWork in tandem with the team to manage mass tort and premises liability casesUtilize case management software and Microsoft Office to maintain organization and efficiencyExercise strong communication skills in written and verbal interactionsDemonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environmentWork independently, as well as part of a team, to ensure the efficient running of operations.
