Key Responsibilities:
- Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare and review multi-state tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws across 45 states.
- Trusts and Partnerships: Specialize in tax preparation for trusts and partnerships, contributing to approximately 1,500 returns annually.
- Multi-Entity Filings: Manage and file returns for 350 entities in diverse property portfolios.
- Strategic Tax Planning: Provide tax strategies and guidance to optimize tax positions and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting, finance, and property management teams to support organizational tax needs.
Qualifications:
- CPA Certification: Required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in public accounting, with a focus on commercial real estate preferred.
