Plan, manage and optimize paid campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into our branding strategy.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure our branding is consistent across all platforms.
Utilize social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite for efficient management of our social media platforms.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat is required.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms is necessary.
Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging social media content is essential.
Must have a strong understanding of social media analytics and be able to tweak marketing strategies based on findings.
Experience in using various social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and content management.
Ability to develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
Excellent communication and writing skills are required for creating high-quality content.
Must have a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics is an added advantage.
