A client in Paramus, NJ, is seeking a Sr. Accountant on a long-term contract basis. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for the month-end close process, including the preparation of journal entries and general ledger activities and assisting in the creation of the consolidated financial package to ensure accurate reporting of actual results, budgets, and forecasts. Key responsibilities include account reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations, and will support SOX compliance. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will present detailed reports to senior management, focusing on performance and analysis. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and strong excel skills. Previous SAP experience is a plus!
