As a Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the President and other department VPs while also managing company events, maintaining confidentiality, and handling expense reporting.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating with vendors for company events and forecasting meetings, including scheduling and venue selection
• Managing expense reporting and vendor relationships
• Transcribing notes with utmost confidentiality
• Utilizing advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for daily tasks
• Planning and executing holiday parties
• Showcasing a high level of organization and maturity in daily tasks
• Using ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, and other tools for various tasks
• Ensuring effective communication and calendar management
• Conducting conference calls and meetings as required.• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must for managing financial matters efficiently.
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads is required.
• Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and conducting virtual meetings.
• Familiarity with Concur for efficient travel and expense management.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of About Time software for effective time tracking and management.
• Experience in Budget Processes to ensure proper financial planning and control.
• Strong skills in Calendar Management to organize and schedule appointments.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Comfortable in setting up and managing Conference Calls for seamless communication.
