If you are interested in taking the next step in your career, please contact Austen Zemrock directly at 501-255-2056 or through LinkedIn.Responsibilities:• Oversee and enhance various HR programs and initiatives, focusing on data analytics.• Collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to ensure the effective implementation and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and strategies.• Use data analytics to identify trends, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making.• Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.• Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.• Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.• Develop, implement, and manage HR programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.• Partner with departmental leaders to ensure HR programs align with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights into employee trends, performance, and program effectiveness.• Use data to support decision-making and drive HR strategies, including workforce planning and talent management.
