We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr Systems Engineer in the technology industry. In this role, you will be required to manage and support diverse technology environments, apply advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge, and lead the transition from on-premise to cloud environments. Responsibilities• Articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and fostering client relationships• Maintaining and supporting diverse technology environments• Demonstrating in-depth expertise in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, EMS, Entra ID, Purview, Compliance, device management, Azure IaaS, Azure App Services, and web application firewalls• Exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of operating systems, connectivity, security, and information management• Applying advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge• Leading the transition from on-premise to cloud environments• Demonstrating proficiency in identity services like Active Directory and Okta• Having hands-on experience with networking, firewalls, routing, and switching• Exhibiting expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft• Understanding AI and CoPilot concepts and having experience with AWS and Google Cloud services• Collaborating effectively with team members and maintaining industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft expert certifications (Cloud technology), CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent
