This role will involve working in a dynamic construction industry, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and more.Responsibilities:• Accurately process customer credit applications.• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records.• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.• Monitor customer accounts and ensure appropriate action is taken when necessary.• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process.• Manage and reconcile bank statements.• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.• Execute AIA Billing tasks.• Maintain and manage the general ledger.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
