Our client, a CPA firm on the northside of Tucson, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! In this role, you will be responsible for bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and records. This will be a temp-top-hire opportunity, where you will utilize various accounting software systems, including QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.Responsibilities:• Overseeing full cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients• Utilizing QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions and records• Handling all aspects of accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)• Taking on the moth-end close• Expertly using Microsoft Excel for financial data management• Implementing and managing computerized accounting systems• Using ADP for payroll• Ensuring accuracy in all financial records and transactions.
