This role is central to our finance team and will involve a variety of tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.Responsibilities:• Accurately process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy• Maintain the general ledger and make necessary journal entries• Carry out month end close procedures in a timely manner• Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks• Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date• Actively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
