Location: Hybrid Onsite in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA (4 days onsite)

We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT team in Buckhead, Atlanta. If you're an experienced IT professional with a passion for managing cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting, and supporting a small, fast-paced team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Role Overview:
- Provide Tier 3 support with some networking responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.
- Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, Dell servers, and the Zoho ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve break/fix problems in a timely manner.
- CompTIA or Security certifications are required, along with experience in Microsoft environments.
Team Environment:
- Join a small, collaborative IT team of three, where adaptability and clear communication are essential.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, similar to an ER, handling a variety of tasks including cloud management, break/fix issues, and security concerns.
