Robert Half is seeking a Systems Analyst to join a growing client team in the clean energy industry. The Salesforce Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, data, and solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure the Salesforce environment effectively supports internal and external needs related to data, functionality, reports, and performance. This is a hybrid role with offices in Seattle and Tacoma, candidates that can not accommodate onsite work in one of those locations will not be considered for this opportunity.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance and Data Support (30%): Involves troubleshooting issues, performing updates, data cleaning, data migration, and ensuring data integrity.
- Customization and Development (10%): Includes customizing Salesforce to meet business needs, such as creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
- User Training and Support (25%): Providing training sessions for new users, creating user guides, and offering ongoing support to ensure efficient use of Salesforce.
- Project Management (25%): Managing projects related to Salesforce implementation or upgrades, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and enabling timely delivery.
- Research and Development (10%): Staying updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and exploring new tools or technologies for possible integration.
What You Need to Succeed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce Experience: 2-3 years working in roles such as Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.
- Project Management: Background in managing or coordinating projects, especially those involving Salesforce implementations or upgrades.
- Business Analysis: Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Technical Support: Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting Salesforce issues.
- Data Management: Skills in data migration, data cleaning, and ensuring data accuracy within Salesforce.
