We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a System Implementation Manager, a role that operates within the software industry in Independence, Ohio. In this role, you will be primarily involved in managing the release process of a new multi-tenant software application across various locations in the US.
Responsibilities:
Manage the distinct software release processes for diverse locations
Facilitate effective change management for end users transitioning to the new system
Perform data analysis and ensure data cleansing as part of the system implementation process
Compile comprehensive technical documentation pertaining to the software release
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm the system's functionality and efficiency
Gather requirements for the software release and ensure they are met at each location.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing Application Releases
Demonstrable proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Skilled in Data Cleansing techniques and methodologies
Strong experience in Requirements Gathering and analysis
Proficiency in creating and maintaining Technical Documentation
