We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in Sacramento, California for a Systems Administrator III. As a Systems Administrator III, you will be responsible for system installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance, including associated hardware. You will work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. Responsibilities:• Ensuring the accurate configuration and administration of both physical and virtual systems.• Implementing best practices to identify and recommend system functional specifications.• Managing systems infrastructures and ensuring backup and recovery of IT infrastructure.• Updating and supporting systems by tuning performance and allocating storage space.• Implementing critical patches, reviewing systems performance logs to identify anomalies, and troubleshooting issues.• Communicating with internal and client project team members, influencing team members regarding solution design process and/or approaches.• Developing technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses, and understanding of impact on end-product/solution.• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level technical staff.• Developing solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge.
