As a Systems Administrator, you will be entrusted with the task of managing and troubleshooting our systems, including cloud and phone systems. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: • Efficiently address and resolve cloud-based technology issues.• Oversee and manage phone migrations as part of system administration.• Conduct password resets and permission management in Microsoft Administration.• Handle queries and issues related to email accounts in Exchange.• Exhibit problem solving and troubleshooting skills in network and system-related issues.• Work independently and exhibit the ability to find solutions to complex queries.• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of network terminology.• Manage and monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Active Directory, and Cluster Analysis.• Demonstrate proficiency in handling computer hardware issues.
