We are seeking a Systems & Network Administrator to join our team based in New York. You will be instrumental in managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability, implementing security measures, and facilitating business continuity. This role will also encompass user support and the potential for process automation. Responsibilities• Administer and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments.• Oversee the LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and Cisco network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.• Conduct regular system maintenance, apply updates and patches, and monitor system performance.• Develop and implement security policies and controls, respond to security threats, and maintain compliance with organizational and industry standards.• Manage and optimize virtualization platforms and storage systems for scalability and high availability.• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to resolve escalated IT issues and assist with staff training on IT tools, systems, and security protocols.• Identify opportunities for process automation and develop scripts and tools for system administration tasks.• Develop, test, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring regular and secure data backups.• Support onboarding processes and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base resources.• Prepare infrastructure for resilience against unexpected disruptions and ensure resource utilization is optimized for performance and cost efficiency.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
