Major responsibilities
- Performing interviews
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
- Composing and posting job opportunity advertisements
- Employing digital recruiting resources
-Performing sales and business development activities, to include high-volume outbound sales calls and on-site client visits
Requirements
- Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, and user instructions
- 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- This position's duties require a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
- Cold calling experience required
- Quality experience with Client engagement
- Well-founded grasp of Review Resumes
- B2B Marketing experience
- Proven knowledge of Phone Interview
- General familiarity with Resume Screening
- Wide ranging experience with Client management
- Solid understanding of B2B Sales
- Practical knowledge of Posting Jobs

- Earlier work involving Overcome Obstacles
- Conduct Interviews experience
- Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
