The Technical Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the CTO, bridging technical research, business strategy, and executive communications.Responsibilities:• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, executives, and industry bodies• Conduct in-depth technical research on architecture, workflow automation, and AI adoption• Analyze and summarize complex technical diagrams, APIs, and system documentation into digestible insights for executives• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and data-driven insights through spreadsheet-based analysis to aid decision-making processes• Assist in the creation of insurance technology standards and best practices documentation• Work collaboratively with vendors, industry groups, and internal teams on standards, governance, and AI risk management initiatives• Manage and track key strategic projects to ensure they align with CTO priorities• Prepare materials for industry events and leadership meetings• Draft credible first versions of technical documents based on research.
