Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced professional for an onsite position. Your role involves 4 days per week in the lab and frequent walks within a mile in the Philadelphia area for testing purposes. You must demonstrate proficiency in lab testing and creating test cases.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work with XM performance team for measuring 4G, 5G, and WiFi network performance
- Develop and maintain testing strategy, test plans, and test cases capturing the overall customer experience
- Analyze and triage device defects post testing
- Conduct walk tests in the field to simulate specific customer experience scenarios
- Prepare and present test reports and findings
- Coordinate between OEMs and engineering teams to investigate issue resolutions
- Support other device technology initiatives & new feature rollouts
- Engage in technical conversations with OEM partners
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams ensuring effective launch and achievement of business objectives
