Position OverviewEmployment Type: Contract-to-hire (W2)Location: 100% onsite in Seattle, WASchedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Key Responsibilities:Provide end-user technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.Support virtualized environments using Citrix, Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V.Administer Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth system operations.Manage Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) to control user access and security settings.Perform maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting on Windows Server. Assist in strengthening network security, including user access management and threat mitigation.Handle basic networking tasks, such as IP address assignments, VPN setup, and network configurations.
