Treasury Analyst

Salary: $25.34 to $29.34 hourly

Description

We are in the search for a Treasury Analyst who will be a valuable addition to our team. This role is located in Ramsey, New Jersey. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the daily management of company funds and support the requirements of the Director of Treasury.
• Ensure daily upkeep, reconciliation, and accountability of all company banking activities.
• Participate in the preparation of month-end journal entries.
• Execute daily funds transfers and report on U.S. and Canadian banking activities.
• Provide support to accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting and all other company departments as required.
• Utilize accounting software systems and banking software for efficient operations.
• Manage capital and cash activity to ensure financial stability.
• Employ tools such as Bloomberg Terminal and Concur for effective financial management.
• Execute data processing tasks with accuracy and diligence.
• Leverage skills in Accounting Functions and Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 1 years of experience as a Treasury Analyst or in a related role.
• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management.
• Experienced in Banking Software for seamless banking operations.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal to retrieve financial data and news.
• Strong skills in Data Processing for accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Understanding of Automated Clearing House (ACH) for electronic fund transfers.
• Familiarity with Banking Operation to manage financial transactions effectively.
• Expertise in Capital Management to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Experience in managing Cash Activity to ensure proper cash flow.
