Validation and Reliability Engineer

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Senior Engineer, Validation and Reliability in Mahwah, New Jersey. As a Senior Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing reliability and maintenance strategies across our manufacturing plant, serving as an expert in creating standards and best practices.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategic asset reliability and maintenance programs, ensuring consistency in operations.• Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering teams, and external partners to improve the performance of physical assets.• Design and implement reliability strategies including Asset Criticality Assessments, Proactive Maintenance strategies, and Spare Parts analyses.• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to enhance asset performance.• Align proactive maintenance strategies with asset criticality to ensure efficient processes.• Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis for significant or recurring failures, implementing strategy improvements to prevent recurrence.• Maintain accurate preventive and predictive maintenance procedures in CMMS, and analyze CMMS data to reduce maintenance costs.• Drive the implementation of effective workflow processes including work request management, planning, scheduling, execution, and documentation.• Lead TPM events to improve equipment performance and identify preventative maintenance improvements.• Facilitate the achievement of organizational objectives by working closely with local plant engineering, operations, and facilities maintenance counterparts.
