Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial reports
- Manage quarterly bank reporting processes
- Handle intercompany eliminations efficiently
- Conduct financial analysis to inform decision-making
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance
- Utilize accounting software systems effectively for financial management
- Oversee accounting functions and ensure their smooth operation
- Manage the annual budget and related budget processes
- Candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the detail-oriented services industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, such as VP or Director of Finance, is required.
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience in using Accounting Software Systems.
- Must have a deep understanding and experience in managing Accounting/Finance Functions.
- Must have experience in formulating and managing the Annual Budget.
- Must be adept at managing Budget Processes.
