Description
We are on the search for a VP of Technology and Analytics. This role is pivotal in our organization, based in San Antonio, Texas. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing all facets of information systems, including the development and management of data reporting systems, and the coordination of vendor contracts.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entirety of the organization's information systems
Identify and evaluate issues related to information systems for strategic planning and innovation
Research relevant technological areas and provide recommendations tailored to the organization's needs
Develop, manage, and monitor data reporting systems across the association, including dashboard reports, trend analysis, and predictive analysis
Monitor costs involved in maintaining and improving information systems, including software and equipment, and make informed technology purchasing recommendations
Coordinate and manage vendor contracts, working in conjunction with outsourced IT professionals to maximize efficiency and value
Implement proper operating procedures in regard to technology and ensure adequate training and support is provided to users
Supervise a team of staff and/or volunteers
Work closely with team members to understand critical organizational business requirements, analyze data models, and develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
Conduct tests, surveys, and workshops to ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements
Candidate must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.
Knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies is a must.
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is essential.
Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is necessary.
Proficient in ERP Solutions implementation and management.
Must have experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
Auditing skills are required.
Proficiency in AWS (Amazon Web Services) Technologies is a necessity.
Basic understanding and experience in Computer Hardware is needed.
Must have experience in managing and negotiating Contracts.
