We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Coordinator in Milpitas, California. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be the first contact for our visitors, ensuring a detail oriented environment. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks, including coordinating office supplies, maintaining common areas, and supporting HR and recruiting teams.Responsibilities• Ensure a welcoming and detail oriented environment as the first point of contact for visitors.• Manage and coordinate office supplies, including weekly orders and storage.• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace by taking care of common areas.• Provide support to the recruiting team by assisting with interview scheduling.• Assist HR in planning and executing employee events such as monthly birthday celebrations and employee lunch events.• Offer minimal executive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling for executives.• Help with the preparation of travel arrangements, expense reports, and documents.• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records.• Support the financial services team by using ADP and managing accounting functions. • Handle accounts payable tasks and auditing as needed.• Perform benefit functions using Ceridian and About Time software.
