What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workplace Coordinator/ Space planning position at Trilyon, Inc.?
Overall Responsibilities:
Operational support for the San Francisco Bay Area offices in Mountain View and San Francisco. Specific tasks include:
- Space and move planning, improvement, and execution in collaboration with Workplace teams
- New starter onboarding and office tours, including Executive onsite onboarding program
- Building access approvals
- Site governance coordination, planning, and input
- Events management and delivery in collaboration with the Events team
- External collaboration planning and delivery (both external to GDM and external to Google)
- Visitor experience support
- Local process delivery and improvement
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- 2 years in any of the following: Project Management, Facilities Management, Events, or Hospitality
- Ability to execute on defined problems with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Strong written/oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workplace
- Experience with working across multiple offices and countries
- Fluency in English
