Responsibilities:• Coordinate and provide administrative support for Workplace Experience services, addressing customer requests and complaints effectively.• Maintain detail-oriented relationships with vendors, ensuring they have updated insurance and contractual documentation as per requirements.• Assist with badging needs, concierge reception, and switchboard operations.• Manage inventory supply and ensure the proper use and maintenance of office and workplace experience equipment.• Utilize and upkeep the integrity of databases and digital tools associated with service delivery.• Attend move meetings and coordinate all moves with client contacts.• Provide support for the Workplace Experience team as directed, including expense management and meeting coordination.• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.• Maintain accurate customer credit records.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when required.
