Regional Sales Representative - Fabrics/Textiles

Robert Kaufman Fabrics is offering exceptional W2 and 1099 contractor opportunities for motivated and results-driven individuals to manage and grow an established portfolio of accounts in the Mountain West region, including but not limited to Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming.

Compensation:

• W2 Employment: $52,000 per year commission bonuses
• 1099 Contractor: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Present and Promote: Showcase the latest fabric collections from Robert Kaufman Fabrics to customers in your region.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored fabric solutions.
• Customer Support: Assist customers in purchasing products, planning promotional projects, and recommending the right fabric choices.
• Travel and Engage: Travel extensively within your territory to meet customers, introduce new fabric lines, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Sales Focus: Drive new business development and exceed sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Industry Knowledge: A background in the fabric or sewing industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, especially in a relevant industry, is a plus.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Travel-Ready: Ability to travel frequently, with 60-75% of the time spent on the road.
• Territory Management: Comfortable planning and managing your sales territory for optimal success.
