WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS POSITION
As the Streets & Highways Group Manager, you will :
- Lead : Inspire and guide our Streets & Highways Group, driving excellence across a diverse portfolio of transportation infrastructure projects across the northwest.
- Innovate : Guide your team through complex roadway design, hydraulic / hydrology, and urban / rural highway projects, encouraging creative solutions and leveraging technical expertise.
- Strategize : Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to bolster RPA’s growth and market presence.
- Collaborate : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as MDT, FHWA, NPS, USFS, and local municipalities, ensuring alignment with their needs and satisfaction with our services.
- Develop : Build on our established reputation for outstanding client service and project delivery, further strengthening our market position.
- Mentor : Guide and support junior engineers, supporting their growth and development while ensuring the overall success of the team.
- Deliver : Provide technical support, design leadership, and client-facing project management, while overseeing QA / QC processes to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
