Learn more at www.rpa-hln.com / careersWHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS POSITIONAs the Streets & Highways Group Manager, you will : Lead : Inspire and guide our Streets & Highways Group, driving excellence across a diverse portfolio of transportation infrastructure projects across the northwest.Innovate : Guide your team through complex roadway design, hydraulic / hydrology, and urban / rural highway projects, encouraging creative solutions and leveraging technical expertise.Strategize : Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to bolster RPA’s growth and market presence.Collaborate : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as MDT, FHWA, NPS, USFS, and local municipalities, ensuring alignment with their needs and satisfaction with our services.Develop : Build on our established reputation for outstanding client service and project delivery, further strengthening our market position.Mentor : Guide and support junior engineers, supporting their growth and development while ensuring the overall success of the team.Deliver : Provide technical support, design leadership, and client-facing project management, while overseeing QA / QC processes to ensure high-quality project outcomes.QUALIFICATIONSWe are looking for candidates with : Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.Licensure : Professional Engineering license in Montana, or the ability to obtain within six months.Experience : At least ten years of progressive experience in roadway design, with a proven track record in leading complex highway projects, preferably for MDT or other state DOTs.Skills : Demonstrated leadership, communication skills, technical knowledge, and experience with roadway design programs such as Civil3D.Attributes : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines while making independent decisions.Commitment : A positive attitude and commitment to be an active participant in our employee-owned culture and alignment with RPA’s core values.ABOUT RPARobert Peccia & Associates (RPA) is a distinguished, 100% employee-owned civil engineering, planning, and land surveying firm headquartered in Montana.
