You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing current client plans, working closely with product partners to originate new products and services. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving credit, market and operational risk aspects of each transaction. You will also have direct line management responsibilities for junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate for this Executive Director role will bring a wealth of experience in the Diversified Industrial Group (DIG) sector, with a minimum of 10 years customer-facing experience within an International bank. You will have strong connections at CFO and Treasurer level within the US DIG industry landscape, and a deep understanding of corporate banking products. Your excellent written, oral, and presentation skills will be matched by your financial and credit analysis skills. A team player, you are also able to work independently and adapt to change. Your knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices will be essential in this role.

- Identify potential clients where the company has a right to win ancillary business in its targeted markets.
- Develop and maintain current client plans which detail cross-sale targets across the company’s full geographic and product network.
- Work in tandem with product partners to identify, originate, and execute new products and services.
- Collaborate with Global Subsidiary and International Branches to increase client wallet share.
- Examine & resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of each transaction.
- Identify & develop cross-selling opportunities and increase the cross-sell ratio with key clients.
- Responsibility for Portfolio & Client Group level RORAC calculation.
- Achieve high degree of customer satisfaction reflected in NPS score and annual client survey reports.
- Establish client and sectoral appetite in coordination with all internal stakeholders.
- Direct line management and development responsibilities for junior members of the team.

- Minimum 10 years of Diversified Industrial Group (DIG) customer-facing experience within an International bank
- Bachelor’s Degree: Majors in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics; CFA and/or MBA a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of the US DIG industry landscape with strong CFO, Treasurer level connections.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products.
