Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the Account Leadership Team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the service delivery associated to both the initiation and completion of all permanent requisitions managed by the recruitment team of the client
- Drive teams to deliver best in class performance, meeting all SLA and KPI expectations
- Ownership of the onboarding queue to assign new offer requests to Case Managers
- Consistent analysis of team capacity to address support needs, delivery risks, training gaps, etc.
- Leverage data and intelligence to ensure delivery of best-in-class onboarding service with clear performance metrics and valuable client insights
- Monitor onboarding inboxes to ensure timely responses from the Onboarding eam
- Line management of the Onboarding team
- Lead onboarding colleagues through performance management, coaching & development and keeping the RWO values as a foundation of the team culture
- Partner with the Team Lead on delivery of onboarding support by the Coordination team
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders and leverage to resolve complex challenges or escalations
- Ownership of reporting and governance related to these elements of the service
- Preparation of reporting for audit activity, supporting governance teams as required
- Engage with account leadership and proactively partner as the accountable owner for onboarding delivery and performance
- Collaborate with Account Manager on continuous improvement, innovations, performance issues, and strategic approaches to capacity concerns
- Monitor and assist with weekly/monthly onboarding audit deliverables
- Ownership of the Visa process via Form I-9 completion and other related onboarding tasks
- Provide invoicing data as needed
- Participate in projects as needed
- Previous RPO or other large scale onboarding operations
- Financial Services, Banking, Professional Services experience highly desirable
- Client facing with the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders
- Proven record of delivering effectively and meeting deadlines
- Confident in the ability to work well in a demanding environment
- Engaging with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems
