As a Carpenter/Construction Laborer, you will be an integral part of our remodeling projects, working closely with Lead Carpenters and Apprentice Carpenters to bring our clients' visions to life. Your role will involve hands-on carpentry work, job site organization, and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled carpentry work on residential remodeling projects
- Support job site organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols
- Assist in the daily maintenance of job records in Buildertrend
- Ensure company tools, vehicles, and job sites are kept clean and organized
- Work collaboratively with Lead Carpenters and Apprentices to enhance overall project efficiency
- Contribute to training and mentoring of Apprentice Carpenters
- Maintain an operational inventory of tools, materials, and safety equipment
- Uphold company policies, including a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use on job sites.
- Minimum 1 year of carpentry experience (residential remodeling preferred)
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in carpentry
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic construction concepts
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player mindset
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and clients
- RRP Lead-Safe Renovator Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- OSHA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record,
- A background and CORI check will be requested upon a conditional job offer.
- Must provide basic personal hand tools
- Full Time Position
- Competitive hourly pay at $18 to $22, based on experience.

Salary : $18 - $22
