Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and horticulture, with the ability to manage various tasks related to landscape maintenance and enhancement. This role involves working both independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients' outdoor spaces are beautiful, functional, and well-maintained.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and weeding.
- Utilize equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools effectively and safely.
- Assist in the design and installation of new landscape projects.
- Manage assigned territories by ensuring timely service delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for upselling services.
- Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to promote landscaping services.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to develop business strategies that enhance territory sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in outside sales, including territory management and retail sales experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
