Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Provide accurate information to callers regarding services, products, and company policies.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor while assisting customers with inquiries or concerns.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system.
- Assist with dispatching responsibilities when necessary, coordinating communication between teams.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Call patient to make results/ER/specialist follow up appointment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role or as a phone operator is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining clear communication with callers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
