Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking an Information Technology Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with planning, implementation, upgrading, and monitoring security protocols for the protection of an organization's computer networks and information, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining the organization's network systems.

Tactical Work
- Evaluate current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements
- Oversee backup, security, and user help systems
- Maintains email and intranet services, adding and removing users and accounts
- Maintains network systems, installing new hardware and modifying existing hardware, and related network software and applications
- Installs and maintains peripheral devices including printers, hubs, routers, and other equipment
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
- Communicates with end users to understand and troubleshoot problems
- Perform other related duties as assigned
