Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure client information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while providing top-notch client services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software applications and computerized systems for data entry.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
