Position Summary:
Responsible for performing customer service, taking care of reservations for company owned rentals and also private resident owned rentals, checking in guests for rentals, handling guest issues as needed, supervising rental housekeeping and schedules.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- Customer service skills, meet and greet new residents and guests
- Computer skills with QuickBooks, Word, Outlook, Campspot and Rent Manager
- Reviewing Contracts with Renter’s & Owner’s as needed
- Handling issues with rental units should repairs need to be made
- Keeping proper files on Resident Rentals and RR Rental Units
- Answering phones and being able to answer questions for guests
- Performs other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus, and ability to see color.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical Activities: Lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching overhead.
- Lifting requirements: Up to 20 lbs.
- Working Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment and able to stay calm during these conditions.
