Description : POSITION SUMMARY :
The Grounds Technician is responsible for the upkeep of lawns and landscaped areas, ensuring they are maintained to high standards. This role primarily involves operating mowing and landscaping equipment, performing edging and weeding, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with lawn care equipment, follows safety protocols, and works efficiently in outdoor environments. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES :
- Operate lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment with precision to maintain grass areas at optimal standards.
- Perform edging, weeding, and other landscaping tasks to enhance the overall appearance and health of the property.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of lawn care equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing landscaping and groundskeeping duties.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks beyond mowing responsibilities, contributing to the overall upkeep of the property.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Identify and promptly report any hazards or necessary repairs to the supervisor for resolution.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistent property maintenance standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
