Title Position: Reinstatement Specialist
Location preference: Fairfield, NJ (IN OFFICE ONLY) – No remote or hybrid option
Salary range: $18-$20

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle high call volumes from borrowers, title companies, and opposing counsels with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor team mailbox and swiftly process reinstatement and payoff requests in various client systems
- Update all client and internal systems meticulously to include actions taken and correspondence
- Breakdown and analyze client figures; calculate and prepare accurate reinstatement and payoff letters
- Collaborate on special projects assigned by management, contributing innovative ideas and solutions
