Mailroom Administration Associate Summary:
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Under the direction of the HR Manager, this position will accurately process all incoming and outgoing mail according to schedule, download documentation from carrier websites, order supplies, and assist with any requests from Account Managers, Agents or other departments as needed in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position will be the back-up for the Administration Associate who covers the Main Phone system.

Education And/or Experience
Ability to read and interpret documents such as open orders, service logs, and procedure manuals. Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Sort incoming mail and deliver to the correct department according to schedule
- Process outgoing mail, ensuring the lowest postage while meeting customer delivery
- Process USPS/UPS and certified mail, ensuring the correct postage.
- Daily downloads from carrier websites
- Assist in the print room, printing forms, policies, books, brochures, etc.
- Maintain process for corporate office supply program.
- Order Mail Machine Equipment for remote locations
- Run MVR’s (Motor Vehicle Requests)
- Put new supplies into inventory when delivered for home office

- Must have computer skills including, operating mail machines, Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal instruction and a high degree of accuracy.

- Must be resourceful in trouble shooting office machine products including, mail equipment, postage meters, and copy machines
- Ability to apply critical thinking, make sound judgements, and pay attention to detail
- Above average interpersonal skills and strong sense of urgency for accomplishing tasks and meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers
- Experience using an agency management system, Applied Epic preferred.
- MUST be willing to work onsite in our downtown Milwaukee office, M-F, 8-4:30PM
