Job Title: Landscaping Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients’ needs are fulfilled in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion by demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Attend customer walk- throughs and meetings

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling services to existing clients.
• Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our landscaping services.
• Project Management for all enhancement work and new customer awarded jobs.

Time Management:

• Effectively manage time to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Work independently and be well organized.

Results-Driven Approach:

• Set and achieve sales targets and project milestones.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of landscaping projects, implementing improvements as needed.

Quality Control:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality landscaping services that align with client expectations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess and maintain quality standards.

Basic Computer Skills:

• Proficiently use basic computer applications for communication, project management, and reporting.
• Utilize software tools to track and manage client accounts, projects, and sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client relationship management and sales within the landscaping or related industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in common office applications and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:
