What You’ll Do as a Sales & Service Advisor
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service by confidently recommending the products and services our guests need.
- Become a product expert, helping customers with tires, wheels, services, and repairs.
- Follow our sales strategy and core values to create lifelong customers.

We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have at least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, Automotive Repair environment preferred.
- Have face-to-face customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Are confident communicators with a knack for advising, recommending, and selling.
- Are eager to learn and grow, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Are physically capable of lifting 70 lbs. and performing repetitive movements.
