What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst/Associate, Middle Market Capital Solutions Credit Fund position at Robin Judson Partners?
Our client, an established and growing credit fund would like to add Analysts and Associates to their team. Our client provides non-sponsor, highly structured, asset-based capital solutions to middle market borrowers in need of liquidity or growth. The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of investment banking experience (leveraged finance, restructuring, M&A). Candidates must have exceptional financial modeling, accounting, and valuation skills as well as experience working with credit documents and leading due diligence processes. Candidates should be self-starters and team players with strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills. MBAs will not be considered. Our client has a collegial and collaborative, stable culture and staff participates in all investment discussions and investment committee meetings. This is a career track opportunity.
