We are currently seeking candidates for a high energy, motivated, detail oriented administrative assistant. Candidates must also possess the following skills:

- Strong decision making, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow up
- Ability to multi-task and is results oriented
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel is a must
SKILLS REQUIRED: MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL, WORD, COLLEGE ASSOCIATES DEGREE PREFERRED POTENTIAL APPLICANTS
