What you’ll do
- Manage all internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure cohesion for Performance Marketing related work.
- Facilitate meetings to ensure information exchange and understanding across teams - creating and owning agendas, action items, and follow ups.
- Supports Performance Marketers to ensure all aspects of the program are on track, and flag delays or facilitate trade off discussions when necessary.
- Handle a high volume of performance marketing assets and owns management of asset timelines in partnership with the producer.
- Build and maintain performance marketing playbooks, trackers and templates.
- Lead the submission process for Legal & Compliance review, spearheading weekly check-ins, and ensuring materials are revised where necessary.
- Lead QA Process of all assets, ensuring quality standards are met and work is complete.
- Supports reporting cadence and facilitates retros, consolidating feedback and implementing optimizations for future work.
- Collaborates with product-specific MPMs to ensure proper product representation when necessary.
